<p><strong>Why Qi Gong?</strong></p>
<p>Qi Gong is a series of exercises that integrates meditation, slow physical movements, and breathing, for improving the Qi (life energy) in your body. Numerous physical, and mental benefits can be achieved and aliments can be alleviated or eliminated, by practicing Qi Gong.</p>

<p>Studies show that when patients with &#8220;medically diagnosed malignant cancer&#8221; were divided into two groups, and all received drugs, the group that practiced Qi Gong showed improvement in strength, appetite, freedom from diarrhea, and weight gain four to nine times greater than the group that did not.<br />
Additionally, a measure of the immune function improved for the Qi Gong group and decreased for the other group. Over sixty studies have focused on the effects of Qi Gong on tumor activity. Emitted qi has been shown to inhibit growth of malignant tumors. In clinical studies, advanced cancer patients who did Qi Gong exercises over two hours per day for three to six months, in combination with their drug therapy, showed significant improvement in their strength, appetite, digestion and immune function.</p>
