I highly recommend this class for all women. What is unique is that Tony teaches women how to prevent or escape a possible attack or robbery from the the bad guys. Most Marital Art Classes for women teach people how to engage and fight. I as a salestrainer brought in self defense trainers into my classes and that is how they taught the courses. Master teacher Tony gives simple technics on how to get away, also demonstrates how to beware of your surroundings and how quickly you can be dragged into a car. A class like this,especially during the holidays is perfect timing. We all get pre-occupied and that is exactly who the bad guys are looking for.
This is for all ages and it could save your life.
